why does it hurt when i have sex?

hi im a women.. when i have sex my pelvic hurt and bad pains in my lower stomach ... hurts really bad .... and after sex it still hurts for couple of hours i have to bend down and hold my stomach. some time have little drops of blood and hurts when i cum as well .. it all started when i had a miscarried in 2009) iv neva been pregnant since.. so no pregnancy for 2 years and i don't use condom's my last period was in september 2010 ...... please can you give me an answer .. please help thanks

I'm guessing that you're a) not adequately aroused and your vagina has neither widened nor lengthened to accommodate the penis, b) not properly lubricated and you're encountering friction, which can lead to tearing (this would explain the blood) or c) your partner is hitting your cervix and this can cause a deep internal discomfort, nausea, and upset feeling stomach. I'd see a doctor to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease or an infection.
